The family of William James Cripp would like to thank the staff of Sir Thomas Mitchell for all the wonderful care and attention you gave him in his 13 years of residence in your establishment. Your staff, in my opinion, are of a very high standard, are very compassionate and excellent in their duties, very professional and informative – no need to mention their names, they know who they are.  I admire them and can’t thank them enough.
